Biography
Elizabeth Moorman Kim received her Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2009. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Nebraska Center for Research on Children, Youth, Families, and Schools at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. She joined the faculty of the Department of Psychology at Emory in 2016. She is the current Director of Undergraduate Studies.
Research
Research Interests
Dr. Kim’s research interests fall within three primary areas: parents’ involvement in children’s learning, children’s motivation and achievement in school, and family-school partnership interventions.
