Factorial ANOVA (without interaction)

Calculate the ANOVA:

There were significant main effects for drug dose and schedule type, but there was no interaction between the two variables. The next thing to do is analytic comparisons to determine the source of the main effects.

The first three comparisons show that the drug had an effect at all doses. The second three show that the medium and high doses had the same effect, and that both of these doses had a greater effect than the low dose. The third set of three comparisons shows that the VR response rates were faster than the VI responses rates, which were in turn faster than the DRL response rates.
